Sorry, but when half of your wall on facebook is filled with places you’ve “checked in to”… that is a little too excessive! No one needs nor wants to know where you are every second of every hour, except MAYBE your parents. Unless it’s an open invite to come have lunch with you (no thanks btw) or if you enjoy being stalked, I don’t see why it is necessary. AND if you do plan on “checking in to” somewhere, why would you also need to mention that you’re wherever the hell you are on your status?! SERIOUSLY?! Is this what iphones are good for?! I would really like to log on to facebook for once and just see things on my news feed that are enjoyable to read or to laugh at or just pictures. What facebook REALLY needs is a “please ignore this kind of stuff” option.
